Come the colder months I tend to develop an obsession with keeping my hands moisturized as I can't stand to see them dry and flaky. Thus, I have tried numerous hand creams from high-end to drugstore. Some were good and others were bad, but this Soap & Glory Hand Food Hydrating Hand Cream ($5.00 for 1.7 oz) has made it to the top of my list.
Soap & Glory is well-known for their deliciously scented skincare. On the tube, it states that Hand Food was made with shea butter, macadamia oil and marshmallow. Shea butter and macadamia oil are definitely the more distinctive scents in the product as you can only smell a hint of marshmallow. Which I suppose makes sense since shea butter and macadamia oil are the ingredients that make Hand Food so moisturizing.
Aside from their products' delectable scents, Soap & Glory is also known for their packaging. Their products tend to have a retro yet girly feel to them and as you can see from my photo above, Hand Food keeps in line with that theme. The pink tube makes me want to carry it around with me and I'm more inclined to take it out and use it since it's so cute.
But what I love most about Hand Food is how amazing of an actual product it is. Most hand creams tend to fall under two different categories. You either have a hand cream that is not very moisturizing but absorbs quickly or you have a hand cream that is highly moisturizing but leaves a tacky residue on your hands. Hand Food is that perfect middle ground where it's both moisturizing and absorbs rather quickly. It seems to almost melt into your skin the moment you smooth it onto your hands and you can instantly feel the moisture.

Love using this hand lotion! My husband complains sometimes the scent is too strong but I don't mind it. :)
